All items sold by RBH, under certain conditions, can be returned within a period of 5 days from receiving the order.

Contact us via mail at [email protected] , we only require that you send us your information (phone number, order ID) and describe the problem you are  facing for us to provide proper care.

We require the product to be in perfect condition, to be sealed, untacked, and packed in the original packaging, however, we may ask you some questions as:

  • Proof of purchase (order ID, can be found on the bill or in the Email message)
  • Reason of return (we will ask for a specific reason)
  • Also note that you need to contact us within 5 days from the delivery date.

If you received an e-mail with the order number, you can track it through the link provided to you, contact our customer service department if you have any further, specific questions about your order, our customer service support will help you.

Not all items available on are covered by warranty, however, we ensure to deliver your packages in good shape, if any damage/defect occurred, kindly contact us within 5 days from receiving the package, we will fix your problems.

You don’t have the right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by you, or are not in the same perfect condition as received.
  • Items that are not in the original conditions and packaging.
  • Any consumable products, which have been used or installed.
  • Products with tampered or missing parts.
  • Items that were sealed and required their hygienic level to be intact from the manufacturer.
  • Damaged items that are due to misuse or showing signs of defect, even if they are still under the warranty period.
  • Items that have been assembled, used, altered, or installed unless defected when received.

In this case, contact us on the customer service number +961 71-803535 via WhatsApp messages, or via our email, [email protected] , we will resend you the item you originally ordered without paying any extra charges (delivery charges).

In case the mistake is from our side (defected item, broken item or order errors) you don’t pay shipping charges, if it is a customer request, then the delivery charges must be paid.

  1. You can replace it with any item on the website and pay the difference.
  2. You can have the amount of the item credited to your account.

Since we provide full information  and real pictures from the photographs shared on the website, it’s not eligible to refund.

You can replace or exchange the product and get a full replacement or exchange the product for another one, if we cannot provide you the same model again, then we will provide you with store credit that you can use at any time in the future.

Our policy includes that the shipping fee will be calculated at the checkout depending on the country, shipping charges in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Aramex or contact Rayane’s Beautiful Homes via email at to verify within 1-2 weeks of the order date.
